I believe it is an open invite, DeeBee. It will be the usual agenda; welcome from Frank, minutes of the previous AGM (and matters arising from them),
Chairman's report, election of officers etc and AOB. I understand that John Maggs may be along after training. This is usually a pretty insightful (?)
evening with plenty of open debate between the fans and the club officials.

only members may have a vote. Members are season ticket holders, life members or vice pressies.

Same thing every year, so once again to clear things up
HFC has two meetings a year (taking HISC out of this) 1- The Annual General Meeting of Horsham FC Ltd. Attended by shareholders and anyone who has been specially invited only. Votes by shareholders only. Chaired by the current Chairman of the Board. 2- The Annual General Meeting of Horsham Football Club. Attended by Members (ie season ticket holders and life members) and vice presidents only, although the club has in the past generally welcomed anyone as we usually only had ten people attend. Voting by Members (ie season ticket holders and life members) and vice presidents only. This meeting is usually chaired by the club president (Frank) or the chairman of HFC management committee (who is currently Frank) (which is not the board of directors) I shall cut and paste this ready for next year.

With the Season Ticket bit, is that 2008-2009 season ticket holders or 2009-2010 season ticket holders?

With the Season Ticket bit, is that 2008-2009 season ticket holders or 2009-2010 season ticket holders? As the meeting relates to 2008/09 presumbly it's last season's season ticket holders - have you kept yours? I wonder if the Chairman/Secretary or whoever will know when hands go up who is memeber and who isn't. If it's like last years it could be rather casual (e.g. previous year's Minutes lost). Can we park there for the meeting or will it be a dry run ready for 18th July? |

We're at Woodside Road for the Worthing game on 18th July.
I imagine your referring to YM on 8th August.
