I don't know who you are Mr Unhappy but one bit of your post that leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth is the part regarding the "missing money"

Here is a little history lesson for you. Horsham Football Club has been running at a loss for many many years and has a large overdraft with the bank. Thankfully, this overdraft has not been called in by the bank as HFC has always had an asset, the ground. I am also very pleased that HFC has bought another asset being the Holbrook Club. Very good financial management I think. Whether a decent ground or a sub-standard one is build, the club still have the asset. I will leave the design of the new ground for a future arguement.

Now you do not have to be a genius to work out that for the long term stability of the club and with all the future work and fees needed in the next few years for building a ground and ground sharing, noney needs to be reserved.

Players who are willing to play for HFC are probably not in short supply but most of them will, like you have, look at the money made by HFC in the last few months and put an over-inflated price tag on themselves.

A further history lesson shows many, many clubs who have been in similar positions and bought players at inflated prices to "buy" promotion. These clubs then go into administration and either end up with a CVA or fold.

"Missing funds"? you sound like a bitter Crawley fan who still doesn't trust Maggs.
