The Main car park is part of the lease held by The Holbrook Club and only an amendment to that lease would allow HFC to have anything to do with it. That car-park is an entity for the use of Members and the Club would almost certainly not be permitted by Planning restrictions to operate without it. For HFC to make any attempt directly or indirectly to charge members for the use of would in my opinion be self-destructive and counter productive for very a minimal financial benefit. The 'overflow' thereby I mean the disused tennis court, is also part of the Holbrook lease but the important point to note , it does not have Planning Consent to be used as a car park and therefore requires permission from HDC for specific occasions.
