bumped into den at the crawley fishing shop a while ago and had a bloody good half hour chin wag. can't believe i didn't realise he goes fishing after all that time. he said he did 10 years and wants to take it easy but the bloke he has recommended is top notch. he said he misses us all and will be down to watch now we are at ym. he also said if any of us are in the area we should drop by the van to a cup of tea. he is by the blockbuster video in three bridges 8am to 3pm.

Glad to see the food issue is getting sorted.......Mmmmmm Chilli

I must admit I got pi$$ed off with crew from Southwater, they don't do the same menu at the the footy, as they do at there industrial estate outlets, and also they did ramp the prices up.

So by my reckoning, it's a good decision to dump them.

Thanks for that John, excellent news.

Has to be better than the Worthing burgers.... had one on the first game..........then another bite mid season to see if they had improved....

BB, as you had the final Queen St burger (or burgers, as it looked like Den squeezed more than one between those toasted babs), will you be having the first one at our new temporary home?

Unfortunately Den and Angie are unable to return but the good news is that Den has recommended us to another outlet and they have been down to see us to discuss matters. Their prices are very much in the Den and Angie scale and the burgers come with a thumbs up from Den.

Sadly I doubt if it would be Den and Ang.... although i hope that I'm wrong.

YM seem to have their own catering sub contractor/ burger van. I think someone said they come from Southwater.

I would imagine, as it was at Worthing last year, we would have the existing catering supplier at our matches also.

Tried one at YM's last match...... got to say a bit pricey and nothing to shout about.

Prefered the Ham & Cheese rolls they do behind the bar.

With a return to Horsham and all things seemingly sliding into place, the all important question is.......

will Den be comming back?

If not, who is doing the catering?
